Before and After Designs

Three children trading bedrooms and getting new paint colors
started th
is makeover.  Tarrah took on this room design and
added special touches such as a personalized corkboard and
organization.

Pam complete a wonderful transformation for a young man and
added great touches for his nautical style.

A simple home office redesign - adding window treatments, a
great area rug and some lighting as well as special touches
inspired the owner to want to spend more time here!

Modern Romance was the client's request,
with special attention to a peacock pillow
which inspired much of the design and the
handpainted canvas artwork for the room.

Beautiful hand scraped flooring was installed throughout the
home, along with a fresh coat of paint and more magic through
redesign and organization made this makeover truly enjoyable
for our team as well as the homeowners!

Three days and amazing results!  We stripped wallpaper, added
to the crown molding and did our magic for  this 200 year old
home to transform it into a more welcoming and beautiful home!

Sometimes it is a simple matter
of changing light fixtures to make
a huge difference in a home.  We
worked with Gregg to change out
the dining room, foyer and
hallway light fixtures and did our
magic with artwork and furniture
placement to create a grand
entrance for this home.

Working with a "blank canvas" allowed for some
creativity in meeting the client's desire for a more
modern look while tying in the traditional style they
had grown to love.  A pop of color and
contemporary window treatments mixed with a
gorgeous chandelier created a simple and
    elegant breakfast nook.

The owners wanted to update their home with a clean,
more modern look and incorporate the items they've
collected throughout their travels. The only new piece
was a dining set - the rest of the furnishings they already
had throughout the home. We converted the German
cabinet in the family room from a storage piece into an
entertainment armoire, to hold a flat screen TV and
gaming consoles.  The transformation was incredible!

Love antiques!  One of the biggest challenges was to
move the pieces into their new rooms.  A chest was
moved into the foyer, corner curio cabinets moved into
the Living room, and a very large buffet with hutch moved
from the living room into the dining room.  We also
replaced the missing mirror.   The rest was the fun of
making the formal spaces look cohesive and beautiful.

Let's go shopping!  Having just purchased this house,
the owners needed help selecting furnishings.  A day trip
with Kate  to a local retailer  gave them the furnishings
they needed and the decor made the new house a great
    home.

A young and very talented musician  was the inspiration
for this space lift.    Kate even painted abstract artwork  for
Alex to showcase his very first guitar.

    "Kate,
I kid you not:  every family member had the exact same
reaction I had.  One by one, each person exclaimed, " Oh,
my goodness!"  Alex was almost in tears and Alexa was
in tears.  Alex is very appreciative and Alexa is asking
what we can do to her room.  She is literally crying
because Alex's room looks better than hers...
    Thanks so much...
    Melba"

The sad side of foreclosures is when the previous
owners tear up the home.  In this case, the previous
tenants ripped out the cabinets, appliances, carpeting
and light fixtures and damaged the walls and trim work in
the entire home.  A bit of patience, great contractors, and
some finishing touches have definitely turned this house
into a home.

Hall Home

Rich colors, window treatments, decor and furniture
placement made a dramatic change in  this home, and
helped the husband overcome is fear of color!

What a difference color makes!  We selected beautiful shades of green,
made custom throw rugs, and added decorative elements to turn this half
    bath into an elegant room.
