A true redesign - everything in this room was already
in the owner's home

This was a simple matter of rearranging the room
for both form and function. Just a few additional
items for added color, grouping like objects such as
lanterns on the mantle and creating balance helped
bring more space to the room while creating a
conversation area and place for the family to enjoy
time together.

After the process of organizing the home and adding color with paint was complete, we built in bookshelves
around the fireplace to enhance the focal point of the room. (click on photos to go to all the before and after
pictures) The basement is where the family hangs out and entertains. We also added color, organized the
area and redesigned the space. The results are truly amazing.

As you can see, the focal point of the room, the fireplace, was
not easily viewed and lacked a design that would make it
spectacular. We brought in more color, built a mantle and
rearranged furniture to make the room appear much larger
and more inviting.

colorful window treatments, wall color and accessories
and really dress the room up to reflect the young,
professional couple's style!

Through the entire first floor, we warmed up the home
with color - on the walls, through window treatments
and accessories. We also rearranged furniture and
brought in decorative items for finishing touches. The
results are truly amazing, especially since we did not
buy any new furniture to complete the look.

Creating a living space in the renovated Maury Commons Condominiums, we brought in
an eclectic, well-traveled design with furnishings from Gallahan's of Fredericksburg. Under
new management, Gallahan's is a great source for great finds. This condo, as well as a
few more, are for sale and the listing agents are Hunter and Peggy Scott, Coldwell Bankers
Elite.

"windows" on a focal wall to match the beautiful bay
windows and created a great space for the owner's
unique art pieces. With a bit of furniture arrangement
and accessory placement during their certification
training, Sheri and Alicia made the room more cozy
and coordinated.
